We are an active 55+ community located 4 miles south of Monroe, Georgia in Walton County. We have 154 homes, 4 pickleball courts, 1 tennis court, 2 bocce courts, 2 shuffleboard courts, a 7,000 square foot clubhouse, and a 108,000 gallon swimming pool. grand haven at alcovy moumtain homeowners association
Clubhouse
Our clubhouse is approximately 7,000 square feet. Clubhouse includes a fitness center, arts and crafts room, card room, ping pong room, pool room, large gathering space, a large kitchen, and a covered back patio. WiFi is available. Clubhouse has 6 TV's.
Bocce Ball Courts
A fun sport that almost anyone can do. During the summer we have leagues playing a couple of times per week.
Community Garden
IF you have a green thumb, join our Community Garden to help grow fresh vegetables.
Pickle ball
One of the fastest growing sports around the county, we have 4 courts and the tennis court can be easily converted when needed.
Pool Room
Drop by the clubhouse and play a little pool.
Shuffleboard
Enjoy a pretty day with a game of shuffleboard.
